FCE Weekly Catchup – W/C 23 January 2017

A little reminder that Fife Centre for Equalities will offer an Inclusive Communication workshop, on Thursday 23 February, from 9:30 to 16:00, at Kinghorn Community Centre, Rossland Place, Kinghorn KY3 9SS. This is a one-day course, which aims to expand your thinking about inclusive communication as well as to help you develop strategies for tackling communication barriers.

Insure Smart Foundation, Frontline Fife, Kirkcaldy Central Mosque & Community Centre, and FRAE Fife will host an event called A Charity Banquet: a meal for homeless and vulnerable members of the community, on Sunday, 29 January 2017, from 12:00 to 16:00, at Kirkcaldy Central Mosque, Cumbrae Terrace, Kirkcaldy KY2 6SF.

Fife Health and Wellbeing Alliance is inviting applications from third sector organisations for its one-off health inequalities funding programme. Applications must aim to understand and/or meet the health and wellbeing needs of key groups facing health inequalities and funds must be used for new or different activities. Applications for amounts up to a maximum of £5,000 will be considered.
