On Thursday 16th March Alzheimer Scotland are looking to hear from people living in Glenrothes who have or care for someone living with dementia. Alzheimer Scotland, supported by Fife Centre for Equalities are holding a Coffee and Chat Event, Lomond Centre, Woodside Way, Glenrothes, KY7 5RA. Following on, Fife Centre for Equalities and Fife Council are hosting an event on Thursday 23rd March for people who are involved in a community café or interested in developing a café in their area.The event “Community Cafés … more than just food” will take place in the Inverkeithing Civic Centre, 10 Queen Street, Inverkeithing, KY11 1PA from 9.30am until 2pm. And finally, on Friday 24th March Enable Scotland are hosting an event aimed at providing a place where people can meet to show off their talents and share experiences. This is the second community event, hosted by Enable, that is open to anyone in Fife. The “We can all do it” event is an opportunity to show off your talent and will be held in the St Andrews Town Hall, Queens Gardens, St Andrews, KY16 9TA from 10am – 3.30pm. Book your place now by contacting Cara at sdsfife@enable.org.uk or call 07552277401.
