Put your questions about equality issues to candidates standing in the next General election by participating to the Fife Centre for Equalities General Election Equality Hustings that will be held on Wednesday 31 May 2017from 18:30 to 20:30, at New Volunteer House, 16 East Fergus Place, Kirkcaldy KY1 1XT. Fife Centre for Equalities invites you to a coffee and chat about BREXIT. Come along and share your concerns about Britain leaving the European Union and the impact it could have on you, your family, and your friends. We hope to discuss a range of topics from welfare rights to housing and employment.

Fife Centre for Equalities, in partnership with the Dunfermline Advice Hub and Euan’s Guide, is organising the Disabled Access Review Workshop, which will take place on Wednesday 7 June 2017, 11:00 – 13:00, at New City House, LG003 1 Edgar St, Dunfermline KY12 7EP. This is a workshop that will teach you how to review buildings and outdoor spaces and provide recommendations for people with disabilities, their families and carers about places that are accessible. We would like to encourage people with disabilities, their families and carers to join us and share their lived experience with others. Accessible Voting for All – Anyone who’s eligible to vote should be able to do so in a confident manner. Polling station staff are trained to provide assistance to any voter who asks for it. Find more information here.
