The Equality and Human Rights Commission is consulting on a range of powers that they can use to enforce the law and have set in their draft policy on their plans so that employers follow the law without the need for formal enforcement action.

The consulting is on the planned approach to enforcement and comments are welcome from all businesses and representative bodies. Please note this is ending 2 February 2018. To take part online please see links below:
