Equality News Update: Police Scotland ‘We Can Stop It’ campaign against rape

A fifth of the rapes reported to Police Scotland are from victims who were asleep or suffering from the effects of drink or drugs at the time. The ‘We Can Stop It’ campaign will share the message that sex without consent is rape.

The campaign will target men aged between 18 and 35, who are most likely to be responsible and will include advertising in clubs and pubs and on social media with the #GetConsent hashtag. Resources include the posters and video below, more resources are available at:
