On the 10th anniversary of MARAC’s (multi-agency risk assessment conference) creation, the scale of domestic abuse in Fife is being highlighted. Over the past 10 years, 2,650 victims have been supported by the MARAC process, with 437 of these victims being identified has “high risk” in the last year alone, these cases included 451 babies, children and young people.
