Diversity Week Fife is back for 2022!
Diversity Week 2022 begins on Monday 05 Sep 2022 to Sun 11 Sep 2022.
This year’s theme will be “Reconnect” and will focus on bringing people and services together in-person, bridging the gap between different cultures and generations.
After more than 2 years of the COVID-19 pandemic restricting how communities, service providers and individuals come together and share what they do, many services and organisations in Fife moved to providing support online.
Many local communities, service providers, as well as FCE staff and volunteers showed us their tremendous initiative, resilience, and sense of community in their response and support to others throughout the lockdown periods and indeed beyond.
As we move on from the pandemic and restrictions ease Fife Centre for Equalities think it’s time for people to reconnect.
The aim is to encourage service providers and local communities to use the first week in September to create opportunities for people to come back together physically and safely to reconnect.
What is Diversity Week Fife?
During Diversity Week Fife partners from the private, public and voluntary sectors work together to celebrate the vibrancy and diversity of life in Fife.
Diversity Week Fife aims to promote mutual appreciation and inclusiveness by highlighting and showcasing the many and varied communities and social interests in the region.
