The Council has a legal obligation to provide information and services which meets the needs of their customers. Examples of accessible communication includes community languages, large print, British Sign Language (BSL) etc. and structure includes things like table layouts, appropriate use of headings, colour contrasts and font sizes for use with screen readers.

The Council would like to get some feedback on customers’ experiences of accessing Council information and services and whether they are meeting your needs. Any specific examples you can share (positive or negative) of accessible information etc will be very helpful. The survey will only take a few minutes of your time but will provide valuable information to ensure that the Council is as accessible as possible to our customers.
