The Equality Participation Network (EPN) is the engagement arm of FCE, it acts as a driver for change. By being part of the EPN we can keep you informed about whats going on in the equalities world and we can offer a variety of opportunities for people who live, work and/or study in Fife to help make a more inclusive Kingdom that appreciates and respects diversity.
We have many ways you can get involved you can join in with our:
- Events and opportunities for you to share your lived experiences
- Training events
- Raising your concerns – if you feel you have been treated unfairly or have an issue with a service you have received or tried to access let us know.
Individuals and organisations working together to help make it easier to integrate into Fife by sharing personal stories, offering practical solutions and advice from people with lived experience to help make Fife a more inclusive Kingdom

Transgender Family Network
Promoting a more inclusive Fife for transgender, their families
and associates, encouraging sustainable responses to and associates, encouraging sustainable responses to reducing barriers faced by transgender communities
Where individuals and their carers/families with lived experience of any form of impairment can use their lived experience to help make Fife a more inclusive place to live, work and/or study
For women interested in coming together and talking about things that is meaningful to them and creating spaces for women to meet
Helping to bring men together through initiatives like men’s sheds and time-banks to share their skills and experiences and creating spaces for men to meet.
Community Cafe Network
Where volunteers and workers can get together and share Where volunteers and workers can get together and share skills, training and help make sure community cafes are accessible to everyone.
